Coach
Devin is a 3rd-degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt under the Moncaio Brothers and the No-Gi Coach at American Combat Gym in Deerfield Beach, Florida. A U.S. Navy veteran, he has spent more than eight years coaching athletes at every level while developing a teaching style that pairs strong fundamentals with modern ecological learning principles.
His competitive résumé includes multiple NAGA championship titles and ADCC Trials silver and bronze medal finishes. He has trained alongside Pablo Popovitch and Vagner Rocha, and worked with professional MMA athletes including Matt Mitrione, Linton Vassell, Muhammed Lawal, Alexey Oleynik, and Greg Hardy.
Having competed in premier events such as the Miami Open, Newbreed, and Fight to Win, Devin brings both high-level competitive experience and practical coaching expertise to every seminar, helping students build skills that translate directly to live training and competition.

Coach
Eddy Aguiar is a Key West local and a First Degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt. An active competitor who stays on the mats year-round, he brings firsthand tournament experience and a deep understanding of what it takes to perform under pressure.
Eddy is currently ranked 8th in the IBJJF M2 Black Belt Heavy Weight Division, a reflection of his commitment to consistent training and high-level competition. His coaching emphasizes practical technique, competitive strategy, and the mental discipline that carries over from the tournament scene into everyday training.
